Stage 1:

Well, Holy Hell, I don't see an improvement incoming.

4.52, almost a personal best and look at those first two shots, never done that before.

Subsequent runs were not nearly as good, a lot of 4.8-5s and a number of misses.

I found it was harder to get a faster draw with a heavy sweater so stuck with that for this exercise.

And then tried the 365 XL.

I think we should continue this one and keep with dry practice and see how we improve as well with another month or two. Something to maybe revisit

Here us my offering; first string is 6.90 with one down in the head shot last weekend. Last string was 7.42 , zero down. ( My only excuse for doing worse is that I am still full of turkey. )

Gun is 642 , cut for moons , shooting Hornady Critical Defense in a moonclip in shirt pocket, OWB with shirt covering.

Nicely done, gents. Should we just agree to revisit it in another month or two. Not many people are playing these challenges so whatever you’d like we can do!

I like that idea. Continue to post our improvements for December. I want to see your improvements with the curve as well :D

I know with some COVID surges in my area and an expected uptic during and post holidays my range time has gotten quite scarce and with winter setting in I'm probably going to be struggling for once a month till February or March (or COVID vanishes).

My wife works in healthcare and has been taking on extra shifts, and more on the horizon, so home with the kids is where I'll be.
