Good timing. I logged in this morning to inquire about the best ghosting software. I have external HDs for my PCs, but right now I'm only copying "important to me" files.

I would like to ghost so that I can recover a crashed HD via image. I had someone recommend Norton, but he's a Norton freak.

I have not played with my copy very much but I know in the older versions you could boot up via floppy or CD and then do a good image of the drive. This was very good for supporting multiple computers of the same type (and putting the image on them all).

Now, its just a matter of using the program to do an online backup and then use the CD to boot and recover. Have not tried to recover but it too me TFL to get where I am with this computer to FIU.
