I noticed that on the GSSF website 2004/2005 registration form, it showing the Norco shoot on 5/1/2004. Is this an error or has it been changed.

Better call GSSF or PM jel. This is from the schedule I downloaded earlier this year.

    DATE CHANGE* * * * April 3 - 4, 2004 * * * *Norco, CaliforniaRaahauge's Shooting Park / Shooting Sports Alliance ClubSo. California GLOCKMeister Challenge IV

I just went to the GSSF site and it list the match as the same dates as posted above. I'd believe the schedule, not the form.

It depends on what form you look at. If you usethe "Registration" hot like it shows the date as 5/1/2004. If you go to the "Membership" hot like and click on the bottom choice "Join/renew and Register" and check the date it is 4/3/2004. There are still several corrections throughout that needs corrected.

Please don't misunderstand my comments. I am not throwing rocks. The complete new update is alot of hard time consuming work. I am just identifying any problems as I find them. I sent Jackie and e-mail tonight with others I have found. Maybe an e-mail or PM might be the best route to clear up any problems we see.

Again: Thanks Jackie for your hard work. ;c ;c ;c

Called GSSF this morning. There seems to be an error in the 2004/2005 registration form. The Norco match is as listed in the match schedule...;f

The two incorrect dates have been corrected on the registration forms:

Norco is in April (3-4) and Piru is in November (6-7)

I tried to register today, but couldn't find a registration form or link to a form. I would prefer to pre-register. Will I be able to register online?

I have never shot GSSF before but I used to participate in the Norco Steel Madness matches with my G17. I want to give GSSF a try this Saturday. Will anybody introduce me to this organization. Do I need to pre-register at GSSF's website? What do I need to bring? I have a competition rig for my G17 and a timer, along with plenty ammo (my reloads). Please respond before it gets too late.

    Thanks,

    Derek

Bring your Glock, 150 rounds of ammo per category, hearing and eye protection and have fun. You can find the rules at www.gssfonline.com There's a description of each course of fire at the web site. Just look at "The GLock Report" link and you're home free. Hint, get to the match early, sign up, it's too late to register online, get your new shooter orientation, sign up at the stages and then shoot. You'll be glad you did. Good luck. :)

Do I need to bring factory ammunition or are my reloads acceptable?

You can use reloads but if you have a ammo related malfunction you won't be allowed a reshoot. With factory ammo you're allowed a reshoot. I use reloads, but then again I seldom have problems.
