Ok just like the title states, I'm hoping to start a thread where people can post if they've seen NIB Glocks at their LGS with Jon-dipped extractors. I've been looking and haven't found any down here in south Florida. I'm still on the fence about whether the next purchase will be an M&P or a Glock.

If I can find NIB Glocks in .40 & .45 with non-dip extractors, I'm considering giving the platform I've loved so much for so many years another go, if not I'll likely be ditching the platform in favor of M&Ps.

School me... I haven't paid attention because my Glocks all work, but give me a pic & I'll see if my new G22 has it.

The dipped extractor is on the Gen4 G22 I just got yesterday.
The non-dipped one is on my Gen3 G35. Notice the "dip" on the top of the extractor.

My G21 Gen 4 came with a non-dipped extractor. But it throws brass into my face anyway.

My early Gen4 G23 has the dip. I had never noticed until now.

I have a dipped Gen4 G22 with zero issues with brass or ejection.

200 rounds through my new Gen4 G22 with a dipped extractor the day I got it with no issues. i went from the gun show to the range. No cleaning, no nothing. I just loaded it and shot. I will be going back next weekend to put a few more hundred through it.

Yes. A week or so ago. Saw a G34 Txx-xxx serial number series with non-dip.

That is a really interesting photo. Looks like the one on the bottom sits in the slide different and is more forward away from the breech face. :dunno: Maybe it's just an optical illusion though.

The top one has a round in the chamber. The bottom one isn't loaded.

Because one has a round in the chamber, this is apples to oranges - and not as helpful as needed.

Change your stance, hold the gun tighter, and use hotter ammo. That'll fix it for ya.
