Like the title suggests, I'm curious as to what loads are out there for 50 AE when it's being used in a non-semiautomatic firearm, such as a revolver or single shot rifle/handgun.

I guess so. Only loads I have found were designed for use in the Desert Eagle. I imagine there are more possibilities when used in a different type of action.
