    anybody move back to New Orleans since the hurricanes, care to describe the rent and availablity in residences and jobs?

    Something about moving to a city that is below sea level, on the Gulf coast, in a known hurricane area, that just doesn't appeal to me.

    But thats just me.

    I moved from there about 4 years before the storm hit but no I wouldnt move back.
    As a matter of fact, you couldnt pay me to move back there. It has nothing at all to do with the whole below sea level thing but instead it has to do with the whole below the standards of society thing. I cant even stand to drive through that place and am totally embarassed by the low life scumbags that have taken over a once great city.
    The world calls them poor citizens, well I call them lazy savages. :wow:

    and more..... I remember doing many business trips to N.O. and loved them. One particular trip I was reminder that the Mississippi River was higher than where I was standing at the time.... Sort of gets your attention.
