NO XPLODE and ALL SUP questions to over all helth

    Ok i didnt know how to title this ive been taking NoXPLODE for on and off for about 3 cycles now, 1 month on 1 month off ect, well im about to finish my Month on, and i wonder if cycles are the way to go of if I should just keep taking it or if i should rotate supps between cycles

    IM gaining deffinition and ripped ness, loosing weight im a Solid 175 @ 6'1" ( still a lil skinny in my opinion Gunning for 195)
    Im taking Probolic protien right now

    Im just worried if i stop taking supps ANd keep workig ill still loose all myhard work.

    I did add like 30# to my bench this cycle i can get 205 now

    Any idea how to pack on LEAN weight
    can supps build up and be unhealthy in my body
    if i stop taking supps will my body melt away

    If you stopped taking supplements but upped your protein intake, you probably would notice very little loss. Stopping creatine might make you lose a few pounds, and stopping nitric oxice or whatever it is might make you less vascular(less veins), but your diet and hard work are responsible for most of your gains.
