No state requires it anymore.
No Test fire Casing
I am new to the forum as I just recently acquired my first Glock (17) and was curious. All my other handgun manufacturers supplied the casing from the factory test fire. My Glock 17 Gen 3 did not have said casing supplied with the gun. I have never been too concerned with the issue but I always thought that it showed they at least did a function check on my weapon and it showed the strength of the primer strike on a round.
Am I making an issue of something that is a non-issue? Would appreciate some comments.
