I shot this one with my digital two weeks ago.
That's a "keeper".
Nice pic. Where was that daddy at?
We were in the Yellowstone Zoo for our second time. No bear this trip, just elk and buffalo.
Don't feel bad about not seeing a bear. I live 90 miles north of Yellowstone Park and have never seen a bear in the Park. I have only seen on Grizzley bear in the wild and that was alone the highway by Big Sky.
On our previous trip we saw one black, with cubs, and two grizzle. This is not the best pic, but will have to do.
Great place to visit!! We were there about 4 years ago, and hope to make it back sometime in the next few years.
When we left Yellowstone we traveled to Cody and I got my chance to spend hours in the Buffalo Bill Historic Center. That place is HUGE! Five museuns and a research Library. The firearms museum had 1,500 guns on the first floor and another 1,200 down stairs. If you are ever near there go visit.
Cody is a cool little town and the Firearms Museum is amazing. I've been there 5 or 6 times and I never get tired of Yellowstone or Cody.
Cody is also one of my all time favorite towns. The Cody Musuen is amazing, although, looking back I haven't been there in 8 years. I am sure it has changed a lot.
