Got a good deal on the big brother of my G27 .40 yesterday at the gun show.
It look's to me that it has about 1/1000 rounds thru it going by the wear. 1 extra 15 round mag. It had all the lettering high lighted in white wax crayon, First thing i did when i got home was clean that off. No holster wear not a scratch on it. 2007 third Gen. G22 .40

I'm with you on this one. Why do people do such odd things?

I also scored a great deal on a 22 today. I picked up a NIB 22rtf2 blue label (three mags) for current GSSF pricing. I didn't even have to use my GSSF cert or card.

Thx, I'm thinking this one will help me get better with my G27 i'm not real bad just can't seem to hit anything out past 25yard worth talking about. I shot a G22 about 2 months ago an had my eye on a couple. Took a p22 i got on here to the show an came across this one. Traded gun plus $100.oo an it was a done deal out the door.

I really like my g-22 and g-23. The g-23 is a little better carry gun but the g-22 shoots a tad better on paper from the bence. My g-22 came with an extra barrel in .357 Sig. I've shot maybe 100 rounds of Sig through the g-22 but think I like the .40 a little better.
I have a Smith M&P in 40 also and one day I'll bench them both with the same ammo and see if there is much difference in accuracy between the two.
The g-22 won't make bad ccw gun as it's plenty light enough to carry concealed. I find the .40 in any olymere gun tends to sting the hand a little when shooting.
The .45 shoots softer than the .40 despite the heavier .45 bullet.
The .40 is a cartrdige comming into it's own. It's got all the power needed in a handgun yet carries more rounds than most .45's and has much more gee-whiz than any 9mm unless you get into the +P 147 grain 9mm. That load makes the 9mm real close to the .40 in power level.
I'll stick with my 40's though. That g-22 is almost indestructable.

Ok so I took the G22 to the indoor range today. Shoot's good one problem i have is the trigger pull on the first round is rough I do not let the trigger go all the way out just till it clicks an resets the trigger I could feel it when i dry fired thought it was just me so i let the guy who works there try it an he told me to put a 3.5 connector in it an it would be just fine any of you guys do this.
