I went to my LGS to order another G23 today and they had this for $30 more than a standard G19. I don't really use forward serrations and I don't really need another G19 but since it had night sights I couldn't pass. I noticed when I got home that it has an extended slide catch also. I don't normally use them, but it's a nice addition. All in all, a nifty little pistol for just $30 more than I payed for my last G19. Now if I can just keep my daughter from running off with this one too.

if your daughter runs off with this then it's money well spent.

    Glock 19: $499
    Spare magazines: $50
3 boxes of Speer Gold Dots: $75

Your daughter's ability to walk away from a thug (or 3) hell bent on harming her....

    PRICELESS

I can only hope my little girl will end up like yours and enjoy a hobby with me together. Mine is 9, and turns 10 in a couple of months. She knows the gun range wont let her shoot until she's 10, and she's already looking forward to shoot my P365 on her birthday. I'm trying! Count yourself lucky ;)

Just delivered a Gen4 G-17 with GNS and five mags to my youngest last week, and she's a 28 yr old RN.

I bought one a few weeks ago too. I saw they were released last year but I missed that memo. I actually went in to my LGS to fondle a G43 and walked out with the G19FS.

Congrats! I too have lost some of my guns to the women in my life. Both daughter in laws got my 42 and Shield. My daughters got one of my 43's and a 26. I'm proud to say they are proficient with there CCW. I don't mind, I went out and bought more. The things we do for our girls LOL!
