I would buy another (19, 23)..Easier to find ammo (unless you re-load your own), Cheaper to shoot, and if you buy 19 (9mm)other you can convert it with a 23 barrel and mags to shoot the .40 caliber. Also you can get the conversion kit (aftermarket) to shoot the .22 LR...(you probably already know all of this) this is just my opinion...

I would go 19 or 23 for compact, or just get the 21 for raw power.

If I could have another Glock anytime soon it would be the full sized .45 in Olive Drab ot the model 19 in Olive drab.

I'd go with the G23. The .40 is a great medium. I'm looking at buying the G23 myself. I've been shooting .40 for quite some time now with my H&K USP and Walther P99 but this would be my first for a glock.

The 19 due to easy to find and cheap ammo. Also I like to reload and it is easy if you have most things in the same caliber or you have to buy more stuff.

I don't have the SF...didn't know there was one until after I bought mine. It's got a fat grip, so anything helps, IMO.

hey buddy out of curiosity what are you using it for? Reason I ask is that I was wondering the same thing about adding to the family before april 2010... was thinking of adding a 21sf for the home/range and a possibly another 30 for the mrs.

If you dont mind sharing what your plans for use are it might help me out as well. Tks.

Agree...G23 versatility if that's what works for you!
