I've been happy with all of my glocks but I wonder what the next best striker fired polymer pistol is compared to the glock? 1.)S&W M&P
    2.)Walther PPQ
    3.)Caracal
    4.)FNH FNS-9
    5.)Springfield XD/XDM
    6.)Other?

I really don't like the xdms because I can't stand the grip safety on it. The reason I'm posting this is my curiousity to what people who are so called done with glocks are switching over to.

If I didn't have Glocks that are all a few years old, I would probably go with an M&P. Both my .45 and Shield have more than satisfied me.

I have a sigma .40 and I like it. Inexpensive version of a glock. There's a reason they were sewed by glock.

Walther PPQ. The best factory striker fired pistol trigger I have ever pulled. PPQ's grip is much more comfortable compared to a glock. I am already invested in glock, so I am staying. Also with practice the grip and trigger differences don't matter anyway.

If I were going to switch, it would be to XDm.

Thanks for the replies guys. I think if I were to switch over I would get an m&p .45 and a walther ppq for 9mm.

Either a Springfield XDm, S&W M&P or Walther PPQ.
I'm actually thinking about a HK P30 LEM.
    I know it's not a striker gun.
But still has the same pull on every shot.

    Of my eight current handguns,
my gen 3 G27-357 remains the favorite for carry or the range.
Being able to tune the trigger is a huge advantage to me.

Pretty much any of the more recent polymer Stryker fired pistols will suffice, for me anyway, If we all liked the same thing if would be so boring.

Caracal. If you haven't shot one yet; you're missing out.
