Who here just loves a new toy?

There's nothing like gettin' something new to play with?

    Is there? :dunno:

Even though I have to drive 300 miles to go pick it up on Sunday, I'm still stoked! I can't wait to take her out. It's my wife's Valentine's Day present...or so I told her. She loves to bass fish, but we couldn't do such a thing before. Now, she can break in her pink fishing rod/reel and even utilize her pink tackle box that she filled with WELL over $150 of tackle a while back.

    Without futher adieu:

It's an Aqua Sport. Short lived, from the research I've done.

    It's fiberglass.

    2k model w/ a 2k Yammie 4-banger.

Looks like a sweet set-up with little use.

The rail? I'm not too sure. Looks interesting. Maybe to walk on? Maybe to tie to? BTFOM?!?

I'm just ready to pick her up and put it in the water! Little fishies, WTFO! :)

    Hey -- paid $600. Sold for $1000.

I set foot in it twice.

I decided I didn't have the time to fix it up. Hell -- I own a 23' cuddy...so why did I need a 19' cuddy that needed some work to make it pimpalicious so I could rock it on the lake? :whistling::dunno:

I'll stick to my other one, and let someone else 'buss out the turd in another county. She was crampin' my style just sittin' in my driveway. :tongueout:

Hmm...bass fish, which the wife is wanting to do. Bream fish...which she likes, too. Also, when the little one, Colt (of 14 months) gets a hair older, it can be what he learns to fish in.

Then in the salt, I'd love to better hone my skills for redfish and trout, nearshore.

There's A LOT I can do in this little "dinghy" that I can't accomplish adequately our larger boat. It's hard to maneuver our large boat in a small cove, anchor, and not let the wind still move us all around.

The little skiff will be freain' awesome to "play fish" at the lake. :embarassed:

hang on a sec, if i understand correctly you bought a boat to go fishing WITH your wife? i was always under the impression that fishing was a hobby designed specifically to get men AWAY from their wives. i aint 100% sure man but i think you're doin it wrong. lol

That's true. Some of my most memorable fishing trips were with my wife. Yes, she baits her hook, removes her own catch, etc.

OP Nice boat and you and the wifey will enjoy I'm sure.:wavey:
