New Toy

    Well I did it again I bought another gun!!
    It's a mossberg 935. it's had some work done.


    Hopefully here's 3" shells a walmart!!!

    I hate you...I want a 930SPX really bad. Hey whats the difference between your 935 and a 930SPX?

    I don't Know!! I know that 935 only likes 3" and 3 1/2"!!
    I lucked out today at walmart they had :supergrin:a crap load of 3" 00 Buck!

    Yeah, I think thats the difference. The chambering and the 935 is a dedicated hunting gun vs the 930SPX's options of being tactical or hunting and the smaller chambering.

    Well the only thing I'll be hunting is a would be robber in my house so 3' 00 buck should do the job! I may try it on a hog or two before it becomes the HD gun

    That's no toy.

    However it is a nice shotgun, and I love the VR. For most defensive/tactical uses, I'd stick to 2 3/4 rounds - they work well with less recoil than 3 inch.

    Yeah I was thinking the same thing. 3" 00 buck may be enough to go through the bad guy and into stuff behind him. I hate patching dry wall and cleaning up body parts that would get blown completely off!!!

    Well if 3" would go through the bad guy! I would hate to see what the 3 1/2" 00 buck I got would do!!:wow:

    In the scenario I play in my head I would be woken up by the bad guy and I would find him using my Mother-in-law as a human shield and I would let the 3 1/2" fly.:rofl:
