I just got a slightly used G21SF with Glock rail, Glock light with the Ambi mag release for $360. Austrian proof marks. 18.00 transfer. Guide rod end was broken and I ordered a new one for 6.01 from Express Police Supply. I was in a gunshop when the owner offered it for sale to the shop manager. The manager took the gun apart and found the broken guide rod and turned the seller down. I then approached the owner and asked him what he was looking to get. He said 350 or $400. I offered 350. He accepted and I gave him $360. For once a deal for me. The guide rod end was missing about a third of the large circle end. Still seems like it will function. I don't think there is any reason not to try it out before the new rod is in. Opinions. Also, would improperly seating the guiderod in the slide during reassembly cause this kind of breakage?
