Several years ago I sold my Kahr K9 in a fit of bad judgement. It was the only 9mm single-stack pistol I ever carried that felt better than my S&W 3953. Well, this week I was able to trade back into one. Specifically, an Elite 2003 model. I could not be more pleased. The only place this one will go is into some leather and on to my hip. What once was lost, now is found....

Now I just need to find some nice, custom leather for it.

Very nice. Kahr makes some great pistols.

I've sold both a K9 and a 3953 in fits of bad judgment. Wanna help me correct one of those bad decisions by selling me your 3953?

Wicked Grips did them. The original owner had them made. I had intended to swap them out immediately, but they have rather grown on me. It means "Dragon" in Chinese (yes...I double checked  ).

I've talked with Ed Strange from Wicked Grips a few months ago via email about getting the above grips done. He said they would cost me about $250 and a few months. I may have that done to my P7M8 as I have no other "trophy gun."

    To ripley16:

That kanji means "Lau" in Chinese, which is my family name.
