Looks a little iffy. But a couple surprise cast members return.
After watching that trailer, I have no Idea what the movie is about.
Why would I want Picard movie?
His whole “new generation show” was “ Shields , then let’s talk for 45 minutes “ .
Without the Borg or Jerri Ryan , it was boring.
Its a weekly tv series, not a movie.
I'm in for 7 of 9
I should have caught that from the "CBS", but I missed it. Thanks for the correction.
I feel they booted 'Discovery', and as far as I'm concerned it's not part of 'Star Trek' cannon ... This doesn't look very interesting, more like Patrick Stewart needs a job ...
CBS can take their 'all access' and put it where the sun don't shine ... There are too many streaming services already, & no one's going to pay for them all ....
What does "all access" mean?
You can access all CBS shows if you pay for THEIR streaming service ...
OK, thanks much. I won't be paying that. No sale.....
I was wondering what it was all about until I saw the "Hive" near the end...and of course there is Ms Ryan, who seems to be aging very well...just sayin
Could be interesting. Data’s Makeup looks terrible though. Dude is going to have to slim down and hey’ll have to use some anti-aging CGI on him. Personally I think it would be better w/o him. TNG used his character as a crutch too often.
I didnt check but I wasnt even sure if that was Brent Spiner?
I am a huge Star Trek fan. I have always liked Picard and the TNG TV series. I will try and watch this.
On a side note....I just recently read that Paramount has canceled the 4th reboot of the Star Trek movies. The main reason was Paramount and Chris Pine could not come to an agreement on his salary and they both have walked away atleast for now. Hopefully, they will begin talks again and this movie will be made.
I have seen interviews where Brent Spiner has stated that he is just too old to play the Data character anymore. Makeup will only go so far and as we all know Data does not age.
I hope not. The reboots are terrible. They need to go back to the original license.
The new movies aren’t even Star Trek. Thy are just “super heroes with spaceships” or over-long CGI action movies.
I never liked Picard, so I’ll skip this one.
Why the bleep is this stuff on CBS All Access - which no one has?
I guess they want you to subscribe.
I'd probably watch it ... if it wasn't on CBS streaming. Oh well.
I’d give it a go, if I didn’t have to pay for it.
