Had to take the wife to wally world so she could get some fabric. Well I always end up in the gun area. Tonight an RCBS 5-0-2 scale followed me home. Played around with it a little, very nice.

Would be nice if my local WW had reloading equipment or even guns other than cheapo muzzleloaders and airguns.:crying:

When I lived in South Carolina(Columbia to be exact) there were 5 walmarts within 20 miles of each other. Funny thing was they all had different shooting items and 2 out of the 5 only carried air guns(didn't even carry muzzle leaders). Go firgure lol. What sort of reloading supplies does your Walmart carry Rusty?

A Walmart with reloading stuff, hunting rifles, 22 rifles, shotguns and AR 15's. I bought my Rem 870 there, it was too cheap to pass up.

They have RCBS presses, scales, hand primer, case trimmer, dies, Uniflow, powder, primers, a few different brand bullets and bags of brass. No great deals but convenient in a pinch.

I saw a 6920 at the WM in Rockmart, GA Saturday. They wanted $1097 for it and the guy says he only has one but he can get another whenever he sells the one he has.

I think that's how WM works with all their rifles, in all their stores - stock one of each they carry, re-order when it's sold.

I bought a 10/22 in my FL WM. Was a decent deal - not a great deal, but they had what I wanted and I thought it'd be convenient... They drove me completely nuts with their paperwork which only the manager was authorized to accept and he was nowhere to be found for 20 or more minutes, and that was after I spent that same amount of time with forms. When I finally got it in my hands (so to speak), the manager had to carry it and escort me to an exit with it. Their process was not exactly streamlined.

The best part about buying a gun at WM is the manager has to walk the gun outside before they can give it to you and the whole time I have my carry gun on me.

Dick's is the same way. They probably pay a team of lawyers to think up this stuff. Big thinkers I tell ya.
