Reno, Nevada area... went to a local shop to buy a P365 as CCW weapon, but I held the Glock 48 and kept on coming back to it over and over. I really like it! Finally got to put a couple boxes of ammo through it, and I'm really impressed with how easy it is to place your shots. Need to practice more, but it's a great CC tool.

    Same!
Probably should have mentioned more stuff about myself: Only one Glock (the 48) right now but thinking of more 48s for the family; I like ARs; I like motorcycles.

Welcome to the forum. I bought 48 also then last week bought 43x. Go to range try 43x just little shorter slide same size grip. Easy for me to conceal 43x. Just a suggestion

I have both the 48 and 43X. Its amazing how different they feel even though they have the same grips. Maybe I need to do a blindfold test to see if I can really tell the difference!
I love my 48. The feel, easy to carry in my Harry’s Holster single belt clip, how it shoots. Makes me better understand the G19 love. I’ve owned a 19, but traded it for something or other. The 48 fits my needs better.

Thank you all for your welcoming! The store I went to didn't have the 43X in stock at the time (I don't think), but it sounds like I may have bought it. Carrying IWB, it may have been the better choice, but the trigger, grip, and 4"+ barrel on the 48 made it feel like a multipurpose gun that worked for me.

Got a kydex IWB holster that's reasonably nice, but I might try something new -- maybe hip or small of the back, or even shoulder-type inside a sport/work jacket. I'll do a forum search as I'm sure everyone has on opinion :^)

I always wondered how people like the G48 grip comparing to the G19. Does it feel less squared for you?

Oh yes. Much less square and blocky. Closer to a slightly smaller 1911.
