Anybody ever hear/seen/use Ironside slides and barrels? They are on a pre-gun show sale at Twin Pines Tutuban. They looked good, and the sales lady told me they were made in Korea. If anybody knows anything about them or has tried them out, please post your experiences/reactions about them here on the forum.

The slides are set up as Series 70. Will it be too much hard work to convert them to Series 80? I don't think it will be since you only need to drill a hole for the FP plunger and switch to a series 80 extractor, but I would rather hear from the more experienced shooters out there what they think.

The barrels are in .45 and 40, and the ones I saw are all ramped (one-piece integral feed ramp). They come in all sizes from Officers to Government models. Think they would fit on Paras. Anyway, just wanted to be sure.

It's easier to convert your frame to a series 70 vs. vice versa. All you need to buy is the spacer to fill the void in your series 80 frame.

Wow, first time kong makakapunta sa gun show.

Balak ko sana bumili ng mga 1911 parts for a Norinco at mags na rin ng glock at 1911, malaki ba matitipid ko kung dun ako bibili?

Bat may pre-gun-show-sale pa? Pag show na, mas malaki na ba sale? :)

according to the people i talked to at twin pines, you have to pay for the unit (37K) in advance for you to avail of their promo price.
G34 is included in the promo but is priced greater than 37K (i can't remember how much).

Better contact our fellow BoG Deenoh of WSC, I believe their Glocks are also on sale and no advance payment needed, downpayment lang! And I can vouch for their good customer service and quick processing/delivery of the unit. ^c
