    Long story but....,sold the Smith 1911 9mm 3” Pro Series this past weekend.
    (Ron,..I know your in heaven,...but I finally got me a Colt,thanks for the inspiration)

    Brought this home this morning.
    A quick 150 flawless peas down the pipe before lunch,...I Love It!

    Colt 9mm Defender.
    Copied by many,...Smith,Kimber,Spring and others.
    What a SWEET SWEET SWEET shooter. (thanks Ron)
    Now, got me some Trijicon’s sitting on the bench waiting to install next week.

    Life is Good... :)

    Looks great. I really feel 9mm is the ideal caliber for little lightweight 1911s, really let you still shoot them well and carry then even better.

    Good looking colt in the blue slide and anodized frame . 9mm defenders a sweet shooter .

    Coped by many ?? Even the defenders not an officers model after all but sure is easier to carry .
