Picked it up at the gunshow this past weekend as a tax return "gift" to myself. Haven't shot it yet but hopefully I will take care of that this week after work. First impressions are excellent fit and finish and a great feel in the hand.

    Pignose not included......... :tongueout:

I predict you're going to love the Steyr. I've got an S9-A1 and it gets 80% of the CCW carry time. Steyr is a very well made pistol.

I hope so. Was looking at the Springfield XDM 3.8 but the Steyr felt so much better when I held the 2 guns. Quite a bit less $$$ too!

Congrats, I'd love to find one of those in my locale.
I gave my M9 to my Dad, so I could use another.

Please write a review of your opinion of the C9-A1 after you've had the chance to break it in, and post it over at the Steyr Club area in the Gun Club section.

    SWEET!

Is the C9 the compact model?

I have heard that they are going to import the M9 again. Any truth to that?

    Nice gun:wow: I want a Steyr also.

    TGG

Yep C9 has the full size grip and shorter barrel (3.6 vs. 4.0).

http://www.dansammo.com/ is selling the M9 for $400 + shipping if you really want one.
