Well I finally had the chance to go the the store and pick up my 19. It came with ngith sites and three hi-cap mags. Gotta love this gun, and it'll be a wonderful compliment to my 26. Now I'm set if TSHTF.

Thanks. I'm hoping that the weather holds out (no rain) so I can take a trip to the range and break in my new toy. Naturally, if I do make such a trip I will try to take some pictures to share.
Nice choice. My EDC is 26 and Im thinking I need/want a 19 also. :supergrin:
I traded my Sig P250 for the 19, and got a good deal. My argument was that now I have compatibility between guns and mags. FWIW, the only real complaint I had about the Sig was the trigger - it took a long pull to get it to go bang.
very nice.....:wavey::supergrin:

G19 is a great do-it-all gun.

try a Ghost rocket 3.5 trigger if you want a smooth tack driver...
congrats on the 19. I actually had the 19 first and am trying to decide between the 23 and 26 for my next. From your reasoning on this post, it only makes sense to get a 26 to go with my 19.
One of the best options I now have is that I can carry the 26 with an extra mag and three hi-cap 19 mags. That should get me out of whatever jam in which I find myself.
Congrats on the G19.

The P250 trigger is the smoothest trigger I've ever felt. It has the same pull weight from beginning to end, which makes it excellent for novice shooters. Still though, I agree with you on the pull time...takes a long time to pull it all the way. That weird internal hammer isn't my cup of tea, either.
