Picked up a G41 and had it to the range this week. All of my other Glocks (26, 27, 23) have a light take up, a positive stop, then a pretty crisp let-off. The 41 has the take-up, the stop and then about 1/8" of additional travel before dropping the striker. A bit 'mushy' at this point as well.

I'd like to get the trigger to where the others are. Any ideas about how I can do that?

I went with the LWD Ultimate Trigger stop for a 21SF. Mine is setup for target use only, so it is currently pulling about 2.5#. It has a 3.5# connector, reduced firing pin and firing pin block springs, plus power trigger reset spring and 25 cent trigger job. Lots of trial and error. Trigger was horrible when I got it.

+1. The Ultimate trigger stop took that slack out for me plus made the reset super quick.

Who has G21,G30 Gen 3 trigger bars? Is there a specific part number? Had a quick look on ebay but they didn't say which generation 3/4.
What weight disconnector does the 41 come with from the factory?
    Edit *My box says 4.5lbs*

Looking for a trigger pull for carry in cold weather and home defense.

I'd prefer to stick with Glock OEM parts as well.

A 3.5 connector? Making the angel of the connector shallower, so the break is mushy and indistinct, is just the opposite of what he wants.

Sounds like you have the model with the 4.5 connector. Check the label on your box--it'll say 4.5 or 5.5 trigger. If you have the lighter one, then the part you need is the Gen4 "." Connector, or Connector 5.
