Hello to everyone. First, thanks for all the information you so freely share. I've lurked for some time and now I've purchased my first Glock. I picked up a Glock 26 at a new gun store here for a good price. Great service there and a great gun. I'm really happy with it. I had been carrying a S&W 1911PD, which is a great gun, but this is so light.
    Thanks for all the help.

Excellent little gun - great balance of power + portability. What are you carrying it in?

    Welcome and Congrats!! :wavey:

    Great Gun...carry it myself.

What you have contracted is "Glockism".....there is no real cure. The only thing that helps it is to continue the collection of other Glocks. Good luck! :tongueout:

If I decide someday to get my carry permit, the G26 is at the top of my list for concealed carry. It's a great package.

Last week I picked up my third Glock, a G26. I love it! I am using the same Com-Tach IWB holster that I got for my G19. I also own the Grand Daddy, my beloved G20.......Glock is GREAT! Someday a G29 will be in my future along with a G17L.

Right now I've got a Blackhawk sportster serpa. I like it, but I'm going to get a good IWB holster. We have a really good holster maker in north Salt Lake City who made the IWB holster for my .45 and I love it. I'll have him make me one, but I've got to save up a little money first.

Good choice. I too alternate between a 1911 commander and a G26. I find myself carrying my 1911 more often than the G26, but once in a while the G26 tags along.

If you have him make you one you should post it. Maybe I'll get one also. I carry a Walther PPS as my ccw, and then my G26 is in my glove box or backpack everywhere I go. I need a holster so I can ccw the 26 though

    Congrats and welcome.

I for one have never changed anything on my stock G26's and they NEVER fail. I carry my primary G26 99.5% of the time, shoot a couple of thousand rounds a year through her and all I have to do to keep her at 100% reliable is clean her with CLP.

    That's it!
