I just bought a new Glock 19 last week and I just noticed when I'm holding the pistol with no magazine, slide foward, and the trigger is back, I can rock the pistol up and down and hear something rattling around in the slide. I checked some of my other Glocks, but none of them seem to do this. Is this normal for the new Glocks or should I have it checked out?

It's the proper action of the striker in a clean striker channel. If the strikers don't rattle in your other Glocks, you need to clean out the striker channels, leaving 'em totally dry and free from solvent or lubricant.

That rattle is a beautiful sound to a Glock owner. Nothing more to add cause it's already been covered.--JJ
