I just picked up a new Gen 4 35 w/night sights yesterday (used but unfired ) for $400.00. I really didn't need another one but couldn't let this one go. I ran 250 rounds of my personal light reloads through it today and no issues whatsoever. Strong ejection and just an overall awesome shooter. I'm 5 for 5 on Gen 4s. I hope my "luck" continues. In comparison to my Gen 3 35, the Gen 4 does feels to have less recoil and less muzzle flip (I wish I would have had them both with me today to do a better comparison.) The trigger is pretty hard but I'm sure it will loosen up as all my others Gen 4s have (I haven't had a chance to dry fire the mess out of it yet.) Couldn't be happier with the deal I got and the gun in general. I will try and get another 500 through it this weekend with some personal protection rounds as this one will see some carry time.

Your Gen 4 is not a 9mm gun like G17 or G19. These are the two that we have often heard of Brass-to-the-face issue.

I don't expect any issue with gen 4 in .40 SW.

Congrats on the new G35! That was my latest Glock acquisition. Shoots much better for me than the G22 Gen4. Right now, that pistol is outfitted with a G31 barrel and is my test platform for my .357SIG loads.

I'm considering getting a .357SIG barrel for the G35, since Glock doesn't currently have anything configured that way.

    Enjoy the new G35!

I have a same gun , had little issue with extractor breaking. Could've been due to my reloads. I suspect I had a bad case and it blew the back of it. Replaced extractor and added lighter firing pin spring and 3.5 lbs disconnector.
Works fine. I also have lone wolf barrel to shoot myn lead reloads as well as 9mm conversion barrel. For some reason , when using 9mm barrel ,point of impact shifts abut 2" to the left.
Wonder if it's me or the gun.

    Congrats on the smokin' deal.

    I've been competing with a Gen4 35 for 19 months now.

Some people have been experiencing BTF with .40s. Seems to be much less, but then again there are a lot more 9mms out there so that has to be factored in as well.

I'm probably going to get a gen 3 G34 this week. Hope I get one of the good ones.

Congrats on the G35, that's a great price!

Great price! I've got about 500 rounds through mine and couldn't be happier, unless I had 400 dollars in it. :miff:
