Been lovin' my G19 since last June, but wanted something a bit smaller & lighter for summer carry. Picked up a G26 last week and immediately became a fan.

Hit the range and put 150 rounds through it. As with the G19, it ate them all - Sellier & Bellot 115 gr FMJ, SGD 124 grain JHP (main carry ammo), Win SXT 147 grain JHP, and WWB 147 grain JHP.

Fits very well in my G19's Crossbreed SuperTuck - yeah! Got a Don Hume 721OT & Glock sport/combat on the way for OWB.

Installed a Big Dot to match the G19 and I've put a GAP Finger Rest Extension on one of the mags. Time to practice, practice, then practice some more.

    It's an incredible firearm!!!
It'll eat anything you feed it!!!
The 26 was my EDC until I got the 36 (.45ACP); it's STILL my BUG!!
    Enjoy your new "baby"!!
PS.....+1 on the Super Tuck! I can carry my 19,26...AND 36 in it!!

Got them from Glockparts. Good price and quick shipping; these are the 2nd set I've ordered from them and I couldn't be happier.

For OWB, I find the Don Hume 721OT quite comfy, but if I'm wearing a smaller shirt, the Glock sport/combat conceals better. Don't use the Uncle Mike's KYDEX much outside of the range.

Unless I'm driving for extended periods, though, the CBST is still my favorite :)

Congrats on the new 26. I have been carrying mine in the summer for 4 years. The weapon is very accurate, double tapping is easy and the recoil very light. My 26 has been 100% reliable. I am sure you will be very happy with the G 26. Good luck to you my friend.

Thanks. The more I carry & shoot it, the more I love it!

Shot a few rounds of the SGD 124 gr +p (short barrel) through it yesterday. Think I found my new carry ammo!

Now, put some night sights on it or a Crimson Trace light on it and it should be really rarin' to go! I love my G26 and it is very accurate and a great gun to shoot.

Congrats. I was amazed at how well the glock sport combat holster functioned given it's low price.

    Enjoy

    It's been a great pistol!

    And it's quite versatile, too:
