65 YO retiree here. I have been out of IT for about a year, after a 44 year stint in that field.
Though I have experience with rifles and shotguns during my youth, I had not handled many hand guns.
With the onset of Covid-19, Wifey suggested that I should acquire my CC license/permit. After a good bit a research I decided that I would be best served with a Glock 19. Ended up with a Glock 23 Gen 4 after the local fun shop informed that 9mm was hard to acquire at the time.
Even now, as supplies appear to be improving, I do not regret that decision. Love that gun.
Anyway, looking forward to spending time here the learn all that I can about these finely crafted tools
Honestly your better off, get a 9mm conversion barrel and some mags and you have both. Enjoy, theres a wealth of knowledge here.
