I hope your home didn't get flooded. I keep seeing more really deep water pics up in the entire region. Stay dry and safe.

Thanks :wavey: Got a little bit in the basement but thats been typical for any big storm. Nothing damaged though since everything's up off the floor and I have a couple sump pumps. Luckily im in the higher elevation part of town so real flooding isnt a problem.

Thank God for sump pumps. I used to have a home that every time it rained I had to be there to make sure the pumps kept running. So you are really lucky to have those pumps.

    Yea definitely nice to have.

8+ inches I think were the totals in some places over the course of the storm. That plus all the rivers and such being way above normal due to all the snow melting and couple previous rainstorms= bad, bad news.

Hope they didn't stock the trout yet or they will be in the Long Island Sound getting munched on by the stripers. :wow:

Fine here, thanks. Some of the neighboring towns had some pretty bad flooding, but things weren't too bad here in the city. I had a couple of deliveries that were difficult to do down in Mass though! lol

NPR was interviewing a cop who is worried about a bunch of small bridges that may be unsafe after the rain. Be careful and hope for a cool spring.

Pic #10 is my neighbor about 3 doors down at my cabin.

And I hate that stupid swan in Pic 18. Poops on my yard all the time.

This is actually the third massive rain storm in a under month that we had.
My house and barn have weathered it ok, but friends close are still pumping out their basements.
The commute to and from work has been a nightmare.

No flooding in my area. Although my whole town is in the center of a valley and every things built up on the two sides of the hills.
