    Matt,

    Now that is good news.;a

I just ordered a set for my G19. This is possibly the best accessory anyone can add to their GSSF pistol.

We did it again. The current production Drop in Bomars (BMGL) are nice but not quite right. We had new ones made to our specs with wider rears and thinner fronts. More info at http://www.custom-glock.com/newprod.html

These are 100% GSSF Stock legal.

Just wondering If the bomars are better than the henie slant pro if so please explain why. And did ya go with the Buried or the reg Bomars also I see that these are GSSF approved is this for all classes. The reason I ask I am looking to replace the sights on my 20 and 21 and after alot of looking I had decided to go with the Henie Slan Pro I looked at someone elses and liked the sight pic.But now i read this thread and I respect CGR DannyR and others now I am wondering whats better and why Bomars =90.00 Henies=50.00

    Matt,
Can the drop in Bomars be installed with the Glock Sight Tools, or is there some other method that is necessary to install them?

I personally use a modified MGW pusher to install them. If the factory pusher does not work you can install them with a brass drift or dowel and a hammer.

The buried Bo-mars require altering the slide, which is not allowed in any GSSF catagories except Unlimited/Masters.

The Bo-Mars, being adjustable, are more benificial to reloaders. The legal Bo-Mars add about 0.75 inches to the sight radius, thereby being of benifit to some shooters.

Received my new drop-in Bomars today from Custom Glock Racing. They installed "No Problem" using the dowel/hammer combination.

I really like the sight picture with the thin front sight. Now, off to the range tomorrow to check them out....

    Matt,
How do you think the Bo-Mars would do in IDPA when "drawing from concealment"? Are they sturdy enough for the rough treatment? They're custom made for GSSF it seems, but I only have one Glock and need sights for both. I prefer adjustables, but am concerned about snagging.
    Please advise.
    Thanks, Ed

I've installed my new Bo-Mars and the sight picture is really nice. Hope to zero them in tomorrow or Monday. I'll find out how snag resistant they are at the next defensive pistol match on the first Saturday in August.
