A good, basic set of cookware. Stainless with aluminium core.

Looked at a lot of cookware sets and had to balance cost vs. utility. This set looked to be the best value for the money.

Ours is the Calphalon stainless with the aluminum core. Costly 10 piece set.

Good stuff. But cleaning the things after my wife gets done with them is a real hassle.

I like my frying pans to be shiny clean...polished, if you will. That way, my eggs and omeletes don't stick when I am cooking them in butter.

I saw some stainless cleaning polish the other day in BB&Beyond. I wonder how well this stuff works.

Gee, if you could back in time and show me some of these cooking post that I have done, my young little arse would laugh at you and say something like "I ain't never going to cook nothin!"

Funny how you change as you age. What I used to spend on guns and ammo now goes for kitchen gadgets and meat for the smoker and dehydrator.
