I dont have a G 43 yet but I use the Neo-Mag often with my G19 or my p938 mags. The only problem i have is i keep alot of crap in my pockets and when reaching sometimes i can knock the 15rnd Glock mag loose. But it is easy enough to re-hang on the magnet without making a scene.
