My wife was admitted to the hospital a little while ago. She has appendicitis and is scheduled for surgery in 1 1/2 hours.

Could you send some good wishes her way?

If they do it laparoscopically she will only have 3 little incisions and might be able to go home tomorrow!

Thanks guys.
Still waiting for the surgeon to show up and let us know how they will do it. I know it's a routine surgery but it's still surgery.

I'll let you know how it goes.

Thanks guys. The surgery took less than an hour. The wife is sleeping. All is right in my world. She should be out of the hospital tomorrow.

The wife is out of the hospital as of last night. She's sore, but on the mend.
