Friday I'm making a quick little 21 hour drive home to Oklahoma. The music I have covered.
Throw out some podcasts suggestions. I'll be on Pandora most of the time so let me know if Pandora has it.

Only rule is No Political based podcasts. Don't even bother recommending them, they will never make the cut.

    Thanks

    • Cold - the podcast series detailing the background and facts about the disappearance of Susan Powell
      • Absolutely riveting and highly recommend.
    • AC/DC: Beyond the Thunder
    • The Cold War: What We Saw
    • Ear Biscuits - Rhett & Link from "Good Mythical Morning" on YouTube
    • Digging Deep with Robert Plant
    • Broken Record, with Rick Rubin
These are from my Spotify list, but I bet they're available on Pandora or other free podcast apps/services.

What kind of music do you listen to?

I have music covered. I love practically all music. I have 31 distinctly different Pandora stations.
Pretty much anything from 1960 to present

    Rock
    Classic Rock/Punk
    Modern Country
    Classic Country
Chamber and Baroque Music, Mozart, Pachelbel, Bach, etc
    Rat Pack
    Big Band
    Reggae
    Irish
    etc. depends on my mood

    Like I said I'm a music fiend.

This has been one of my all time favorites. VERY well done and not your average "podcast." It's fictional so that may not be your thing.

    I second these suggestions.
Gotta throw The king and the Sting (Theo and Brenden Schaub) in there for mindless fun, too.

We're Alive was very good. More of a radio drama than anything else.

The Way I heard it by Mike Rowe. Very much like Paul Harvey ~10 minute interesting stories told in Mike's calming voice. Perfect non-political car stuff.

Joe Rogan is the best for long drives with his long format podcasts. He has covered hundreds of different topics with very interesting people so there is something for everyone.

I love Two Bears One Cave (Bert Kreischer & Tom Segura) but it's not for everyone.

John Batchelor is one that I like. He has great guests and covers a wide range of thought provoking topics. Some segments are political, but they're always rational discussions without any kind of over the top rhetoric.
