    yeah saw that one too, but want a more secure texture on the front strap I have a local guy that does a shallow golfball that is awesome.. and i wanted to blend the bob differently.

    Hey Quack, is it my imagination or do the Operators have a slightly longer barrel than the other Champions?

    I'm pretty sure the slide is a tad shorter on the Champ Op. The barrels definitely stick out farther.

    That is one of the better looking railed 1911s I have seen. Me likey.

    You think? The grip feels almost identical to my P2000, which is a tad shorter than the P30....especially with the flat baseplate.

    $849 is VERY reasonable for a gun to send to the Custom Shop for some lovin'.
