    Do you use Nero?

    Make a VCD if so.

My DVD players will play them, but the IQ is lower than that of the original.

The early Apex players did it all. They even went region free from a few key strokes on the remote. That feature has since been changed on US models now and normally requires a chip change.Region stuff doesn't really matter in the US as the movies are first released in the US anyway.Apex are about the cheapest players you can get. There might be a few full featured ones available. The really nice ones have a waiting list when they go on sale.

I have an AD-500A, its one of the earliest Apex players there is, it doesnt do a whole heck of a lot, it doesnt even play MP3's. I'm kinda interested in the one Alex mentioned.
