The problem I'm having is the rounds are getting stuck In my g19 non threaded barrel.
When I rack the slide the right way guaranteed to lock the slide due to extractor on round and round stuck in chamber. When I ride the slide home like I know I shouldn't it does not get stuck and it's doing this with every round have not fired yet due to this. Have to forcefully pull slide to eject round. Tried with USA brand 9mm 115gr full metal jacket and also tried with Blazer 125gr full metal jacket and s&w 115gr. Barrel is from Combat armory.

I like these easy ones. Put the OEM barrel back in.

The factory barrel is toleranced the way it is for a reason and anyone who makes an aftermarket barrel does not have access to this information.

You can't make an aftermarket part with the same reliability as the factory if you do not have access to and an understanding of the geometric dimensioning and tolerancing studies of the system.

You can't just measure a barrel and a case and call it good.

There is a large amount of work behind the scenes in an assembly of how parts are toleranced, how variation stacks up and even where master locators are, that aftermarket suppliers have no knowledge of. Sometimes a tolerance that seems large is that way for a very good reason, but the instinct would be to tighten it because of "quality".
Thanks appreciate the info new to this just wanted to try an see now that it's A no go.
