Chucker, pronounced "choo-ker" is a wild game bird, for those who don't know.

Anyway, got two in the freezer. I'm thinkin' Ronco Rotisserie, here.

So, what should I put on it? Should I inject also?

Thanks in advance, I'm not too creative when it comes to big, wild birds.
