Better yet, leave "allies" like SA dangling in the dry, desert breezes so that when the oil runs out the Saud family loses their heads over it.

To be clear, it's our defense contractor lobby and their ties with those high in the Pentagon (what ol' Ike called the military industrial complex 60 years ago) that gives the Saudis the pull they have with our gubmint.

One possibility if they weren’t already on base as was already proposed.
There is an Escambia County Sheriff substation on Gulf Beach Highway. it would be a short hop over to Blue Angel Parkway and in to the west gate of the base. They could be there pretty quickly. If it was on that side of the base. If it was on the other side, no idea. Not familiar with that end of things. I always accessed the west gate.

And just for the record this really pisses me off that they let the ragheaded Mother****ers on base in the first place. How does anyone think that was a good idea?

Warren is an idiot. The way to prevent this type of thing is to make sure we have at least 5% of our military people armed at all times, 10% or 20% would be better. Now some one is going to say it should be 100% but trust me it should be older guys with stable personalities.

Sure, we have nothing else to do for the next 18 years or so.

Anyone who served there know if these students have any kind of diplomatic immunity that’s going to send me into a rage?

If Trump let’s those 3 fly home it’s going to cost him big.

Its not likely that they have diplomatic immunity, but as far as our government letting them slither home, nothing would surprise me after what happened in the aftermath of 9/11.

Federal authorities baffled by motives of MOHAMMED. Still scratching heads why MOHAMMED fragged room full of non-Muslim US military personnel. Still working to determine why MOHAMMED would shoot Americans. Still investigating whether MOHAMMED could be a terrorist. Still a mystery!

They aren't acting in a diplomatic capacity, so no...
Diplomatic immunity is actually a very restricted thing...
Having said that... We tend to give our dear friends the Saudis every benefit of the doubt, so who knows what will happen.. I'm just glad we are sending more troops to make sure our loyal, dependable, and helpless friends are safe

I once heard somebody say something along the lines of "in Iran, the people like us, but the government hates us... In Saudi Arabia, the government likes us , but the people hate us...

I don't know if any of that is true, but what is true is that Iran, for all the issues we've had with them in the last 40 years, has never directed any of it's subordinates to do attacks in the US mainland.. it certainly could have, but it has not....

I don't think the Saudi royal family has conciously chosen to do this either, but they seem to have issues stopping their people from doing just that..

At least in this regard, Iran comes of as the more rational and stable regime... It's almost like we hitched our wagon to the wrong horse

Nah. Just like our troops don't have it in foreign countries. They will be prosecuted here and the Saudi Govt. will pay off the victims family's. The Saudi's as well as the son of a former Ukraine president were both the largest contributors to The Clinton slush fund at 10 m apiece. Actually for the Saudi's it was between 10 m and 25 m, nobody really knows the true amount cause they gave thru so many different accounts. As did all the other Gulf states.

Remember Hillary? These are the crap holes that Lash women for showing to much ankle?

And when they aren't buying off American politician's they are funding the religious schools "madrassas's" that teach generation after generation the hate filled version of Islam called Wahhabi'ism. These people are no good and we shouldn't even allow them in this country.

And SECDEF is waffling. He won't call this a terrorist attack...yet. Sorry, dude. It is a terrorist attack. Losing my respect for Esper.
