There will be a Cup car running in tomorrow nights race wearing the Black Lives Matter logo.
Bubba Wallace will be running this, #43.
Bubba is a mid to rear pack runner most of the time, but I'm sure he will get plenty of TV coverage for this pandering.
Who is it that Nascar thinks they are appealing to? Why not feature a prominent worth while man/woman/group-like Dr. King or one of the many black men who have protected and fought for this country? Or a hero black police officer.
Crap I hate it when sports become "socially sensitive".

The top comment on Breitbart is that he should set his car on fire to really show his support of BLM. lol

Bubba Wallace seems an unlikely name for the driver of such a car. Sounds very "old school southern".

I no longer have any respect for Richard Petty. Probably never watch another race and I've been a fan since the 60's. The sport will never recover from this. Rednecks are the life blood of the sport. Fans will most likely rebel.
Surely this is a joke and photo shopped.

Wasn’t nascar founded running from the cops and breaking the law?

A picture of the retired Police Captain who was murdered by rioters while defending a store, would be a better idea to put on his car to honor Black lives.

NASCAR has come close to killing the goose who laid the golden egg. May in fact have done so. The Bristol track, which for decades was a premier location with waiting lists and ticket scalpers, have reduced seating to the start-finish straightaway. Some 40,000 or so seats. The record attendance at that track was set several years ago... a college football game between The University of Tennessee and Virginia Tech - 160,000.

The entire area - motels, restaurants, even people renting rooms in their houses - were jacking prices to “all the traffic would bear”. Think they found and passed that.

Anything overly white must defend itself and NASCAR has been apologizing for having mainly white fans for a long time. Oh, also King was a communist adulterer.

We lost the culture war a long time ago. These are just more examples of that defeat.
