I ordered a Gen 2 G19 from Glockmeister and I picked it at my LGS today. This gun shipped from Glockmeister and advertised as being a complete gun.

Who can identify the missing parts?

Did you know it was missing the extractor when you bought it?

Guess I don't understand but did someone offer you a prize if you could answer?

I didn't get a chance to inspect it at my LGS because I had to be somewhere and was running late. In hindsight, YES, I should have inspected it and refused to accept it. However, when a company advertises a gun as complete, I trusted, when I shouldn't have.

When I got home, I started to strip it so I could clean and inspect it. When I took the slide off and flipped it upside down to remove the RSA when I noticed the missing extractor. I checked to see what else was missing and found the plunger, spring and spring loaded bearing. I also found the slide lock was installed backwards.

I called Glockmeister and they claimed the parts were in the gun when they shipped it and my LGS must have removed them. After several phone calls, they are going to send me the missing parts from another used gun.

No but I find it interesting that the most sought after parts to make a Glock function with what used to be Perfection missing.
Of course now that they are going to strip another gun of those parts, whadya make a bet someone else receives a gun minus those parts. The missing parts saga continues. SJ 40

I'm willing to bet they found the missing parts sitting on a work bench and are sending them to me.

She stressed the parts would be used, so I'm counting on them being in the worst possible shape.

I've always had good luck with Glockmeister. I can deal with them face to face and find them to be an honest bunch. I tend to think the mistake is with your LGS.

You would be incorrect. :wavey: I was standing there when they opened the box from Glockmeister.

I think it was an honest mistake on their part. I just didn't appreciate them acting like I was trying to rip them off for maybe $20 in parts.
