    A Filipino just became a naturalized American citizen ,INS asked him "Do you want to change your name?" So he told INS , "Yes sir"respectfully .INS asked, "what name do you want to appear in your Naturalization Cert. He reply "To sound better,I want to change my name from Eleuterio Ignacio to "Electronic Ignition"
