For those of you that get a lot of spam mail, these two items seem to be the ones that come up the most often for me.

First of all, is nail fungus a big national problem?

And do men really need to worry about breast enlargement?

Damn, you're getting all the good spam! I just keep getting junk about "unbeatable mortgage rates" and "great deals on domain name registration." ;g

I do occasionally get some spam telling me how to make little mjs grow... guaranteed! <s>Woo hoo! Order placed!</s> Like I need that! ;f

Weird post for the thread topic, but hey...

Happened to me too, and I NEVER give out that email to anyone but friends. I have a junk account I use to sign up for stuff.

What these porn sites do is email random usernames to popular domains, such as [random word/name/initials]@aol.com. If you click on "Unsubscribe Me", you tell them that their email got through to a real person and they start sending more stuff.

What I did was I stopped unsubscribing and it stopped coming. Hope it helps.

    What was the thread topic?

    Oh, yeah, LOL!

For being a female I sure get lots of spam about women who want to do strange things to body parts of mine that I have never had. I also get a ton of the "I'm live on my web cam waiting for you to watch me" crud.

If you actually catch the person responsible for sending you so much spam, would a public execution be asking to much??????

I'm surprised nobody mentioned this one yet, especially on this site. I find it irresistable 75% of the time.

Moving bullseye across screen, left-right-left-right. Target reads "hit the bulls eye and win!"

Boy it's hard not to shoot that thing!

The newest scam seems to use mail "bouncing"

The sender sends SPAM to a "friendly" address that he knows is actually invalid --- SDFSDFSF@yahoo.com. In the header of the mail, the REAL recipients are all listed as senders. yahoo's mail daemon bounces the "undeliverable" message to ALL of the alleged senders. This bypasses most spam filters, as the msg is coming from the friendly mail host.

Al Gore certainly should have ionvented a better internet.
