My weight loss story, from 253lbs to 180lbs and ripped.

    I post in the firearm forums here, but since I am into a healthy lifestyle, I decided to write my story here.

    In April '05 I decided enough was enough. I hit my highest weight and wanted to fix my body.

    My weight loss diet lasted until September '05. I then did a bulk cycle, and am now maintaining myself.

    What was your weight loss program? That is what I am struggling on at this time. Not that I am fat, just trying to get the luv handles off and to get that ripped look around my muscles.
