    Well, barely...

The Palouse river runs through the center of town and we have a nice little campground that is now under water.

We also have a nice park where the town holds a ton of music festivals, car shows, company picnics, etc. Most of it is also now under water.

River is at 16', flood stage is 15'. Supposed to get to 19' later tonight. Locals say it hasn't been this bad since the great flood of `96, which was when the river got to 19'.

There are a few houses down along the river that will probably get some damage tonight, along with some businesses.

Most of the town is on a hill, as is my house.

Just thought I'd share some pics...

This is where the campground was. Water is about 3-4' from the highway:

I hope you stay safe and the flooding abates.

It's warming up way to fast here, no flood danger but bad for the snowpack

I'm high and dry on a hill. Was going to volunteer for sandbagging duty tomorrow...
