Thanks. I was just telling my wife that my father should would be in awe of what I have if he was still alive. He got me started into guns when I was five years old with a 1955 Colt .22 Frontier Scout and a Remington bolt-action .22. The Remington is long gone and my little brother has possession of the Colt. We have taken good care of it over the years. My mother gave it to my father for their 1st anniversary in 1956. She bought it for $50 in a pawn shop. It is now worth about $400. My father always said to take care of what you have and make it last. Very sound advice from a great father and former USMC Drill Instructor.

Nice acquisition. I have yet to get one for myself. I prefer an early pre-70 series or a 70 Series with all paperwork and original box.

Well, … in keeping with the spirit of current political correctness, it looks like you have way more of those Colts than you need and I have too few. I think the president would be pleased if you sent me 1 or 2 of those beauties just for the sake of … oh, I don’t know, wealth distribution or something. :patriot:

Be careful, sometimes the farmers get pretty pissed when you do that.
