....yeah, I loved shooting my new Mete SFX that much. I'm not that interested in the standard sized Canik's but these long barrels have my attention. So after reviewing video's on the Rival, I decided to get one, the Dark vs the gray and gold. I don't like gold accents on my guns lol Absolutely love the trigger, best out of the box I've felt. I look forward to shooting it this weekend. The bonus is all the extra stuff that comes with the Canik guns but I love the looks of this gun regardless of the extra's.

had a Rival and liked it but the mag release button sticks out too far, no matter which one you install. Sold it and bought a TP9SA Mod2, 300 bucks cheaper and shoots just as good.

I've watched about every video I can find on the Rival. If the first time that gun was seen was in a science fiction movie I would be convinced it's from space and not real.

Now I am thinking maybe I should buy a Canik SC and see if it can replace my Hellcat as my EDC. I shoot my Whiteout very well

I have 3 Caniks, the Rival, Elite combat and the SC. I put the Taylor freelance brass back straps (cerakote black) on all of them, it really improves they way they shoot in my opinion. The guns are kinda all top heavy and the extra bottom weight makes them shoot even better.
