My G29 has no problems with this stuff. However, my RIA 1911 does not like it...every single shot was a mess...mostly failures to eject...

The Blazer is by no means full strength compared to my reloads or my Hornady 10mm...which is likely the problem....

A friend of mine has a Delta Elite in 10mm and he says he has no problems with the Blazer...kinda interesting...

The springs on the RIA'S are super stout. I just ordered some range ammo from online and I'm hoping I don't have the same issue

A second lighter recoil spring might add some versatility for the lighter loads.

Just curious, what recoil and mainspring does the RIA use?

Blazer aluminum is a goto for me in any pistol as practice ammo, especially at ranges where I can't collect my brass. I've had zero problems with it accept a few occasional light primer strikes. I suspect you might have too heavy of a recoil spring.

I had some Blazer aluminum case ammo that would not function in my Glock 34, Hi Power or S&W 6906. I was just going to leave it at the range when I decided to try it in my Glock 26. It worked flawlessly and was very accurate to boot. :headscratch:

I have a RIA 1911 10mm that was a jam o matic with most all ammo. I threw the cheap ass metal form magazine away and bought three wilson combat mags and it runs perfectly now.

My G20 has not objected to anything that I have fed it.
I have always thought 1911s to be quite over rated.
Pretty guns and many have admirable fit and finish, but once again, my G20 has performed flawlessly regardless of what ammo I loaded it with.
